EXPERIENCE

Shri Sonam Gyamtso Bhutia had been practising as private advocate prior to joining the Commission and has sound experience of dealing with various legal matters. He has also worked in the legal cell of Abir Infrastructure Pvt Ltd , a sister concern of M/s Teesta Urja Limited ( A Govt of Sikkim Enterprise), the developer of 1200 MW Teesta Stage-III Hydropower Project , for over seven years. He has completed LLB (Hons) rom the North Bengal University.
